This kit is both great to learn about soldering electronics and will also remain useful at the end. The tweeting bird water monitor detects the moisture level in the soil of your plant and tweets when it is too low. Water the plant and bird will go back to sleep. The kit steps though the components on the board (micro controller, buzzer, LED, resistors…), what they are used for and shows you how to solder them.

The Water Me Bird kit is very practical, when finished it will look after your plants by tweeting softly when they are thirsty and go to sleep when all is well and watered.

This kit is great for classes, individuals or anyone keen on a fun and useful project.

You will be stepped though the components on the board (micro controller, buzzer, LED, resistors…), what they are used for and shows you how to solder them. The bird uses its legs to detect moisture levels in the soil and when too low, it chirps to get your attention using its speaker.
